53 PACIFISTAS DETENIDOS EN PALESTINA POR EL EJERCITO ISRAEL.
Un primer grupo de 45 personas fue detenido de madrugada y los otros 8 a lo largo del da.
Intentaban impedir la demolicin de una vivienda palestina junto al "Muro del Apartheid"
Entre los pacifistas se encuentra Saif Abu Khesek y otros 2 palestinos, 11 israeles y 39" internacionales".

En realidad el ejercito israel hizo caso omiso de los y las pacifistas que pernoctaban delante del edificio. Cuando las escavadoras se situaron a menos de 10 metros , los militares arrastraron por la fuerza uno por uno a los pacifistas que se haban sentado en crculo delante de la casa. Algunos fueron golpeados con saa y tambin fueron detenidos quienes "solo filmaban su brutalidad" segn escribe Huwaida otra de las coordinadoras del ISM/MSI.
LA DEMOLICIN HABA SIDO EXIGIDA POR LOS COLONOS DE UN ASENTAMIENTO ILEGAL:

Huwaida en la misma comunicacin se pregunta Por qu? La respuesta nos la ofrece a continuacin : Porque los colonos situados enfrente de la vivienda de la familia Amer no deseaban que el "Muro del Apartheid" cruzara demasiado cerca de su asentamiento ilegal , por lo que haban exigido que el muro se trasladase atravesando as la granja palestina y "arruinando su hogar y su medio de vida. Las dos organizaciones ruegan llamar al ministerio del interior israel +972 2 670 1648 y a la comisara de polica de Ariel +972 3 906 5444 para exigir la inmediata puesta en libertad de los detenidos y detenidas y que los "internacionales" no sean deportados .

[We have been celebrating too early when we thought that the home of Hani and Munira Amer and their six children would be spared encirclement by The Wall...] With bulldozers less than 10 meters away from the threatened house at Mesha, the army is right now arresting the 40 international and Israeli peace activists who spent the night there - among them Oren Medicks of Gush Shalom, and CO Dror Boymel and five other Israelis. Other activists are from the US, Britain, France, Italy, Germany Sweden and Japan. The activists who sit in a circle singing are dragged one by one. An effort is under way to organize a new group to go there.

1st REPORT BY HUWAIDA (INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT)

At approximately 7am this morning, Palestinian, Israeli, and international
human
rights activists were detained while attempting to block the demolition of
part of a
Palestinian familys home, near the village of Masha. The building that had
been
slated for demolition by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) - because it lay
in the
path of Israels
controversial Separation Wall is now being destroyed.

Detainees are being held at Ariel Prison in Israel. Their names are now
being given
to the Ministry of Interior. Please flood the Ministry of Interior and Ariel
prison
with calls demanding the immediate release of all detainees without threat
of deportation.

First they arrested the people filming their brutality. Then they beat
several people who were trying to get into help, one seriously enough
that his ribs may be cracked. And now they are busy demolishing the Aameer
home in Masha.

And for what?

Because the settlers on the other side of this farmer didnt want the
Apartheid fence to be close to their illegal settlement, and, after
all,peace activists and Palestinians are expendable in this occupation by
the Israeli government.

So the settlers demanded that the fence be moved so that it cut through the
farmers land, ruining his home and his method of making a living.

As of this writing, 45 internationals and Israelis have been removed from
the land they were peacefully protecting.

The internationals are already at the Ariel police station. How far
will this current Israeli government go to silence those of us who
peacefully protest their treatment of Palestinians?
